Proactively study and apply emerging social, political, and technical
trends and best practices in order to advance digital scholarship
initiatives, develop tools and technologies to meet research and
publication needs, and be a leader in the area of research data emerging
trends and best practices.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:

Master's degree in ALA-MLIS or Master's in a related data-intensive disciplines.

Three years professional experience in the use and application of digital scholarship/research tools and approaches.

Experience assisting researchers with data management activities throughout the entire research life cycle.

Commitment to working with and engaging diverse students and colleagues within and outside the department.

Preferred:

Experience with one or more commonly-used data repository platforms; research information management tools and platforms; and data visualization and modeling.
