Job Summary:

This is a Tenure-Track Faculty Position in College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology.
 
The College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT) at Oklahoma State University is pleased to invite applications for one (1) tenure-track faculty position in energy systems. The faculty will be a part of a new energy initiative within CEAT, but will be based in one of the following departments: Civil and Environmental Engineering (CIVE), Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), or Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM). Candidates must demonstrate potential for developing a strong externally funded research program on the design, analysis and/or modeling of energy systems, with a focus on one or several of the following areas: life cycle and environmental impact analysis, sustainable energy, power network operations and maintenance decision optimization, game theory techniques, energy storage, distributed energy resources (DERs), renewable energy integration, community scale energy solutions, AI enabled analytics, resiliency from climate or cyber threats, and related topics. Candidates will teach graduate courses in the areas of their technical expertise.

Ph.D. and undergraduate degree in, or closely related to, an Engineering field

Preferred Qualifications:

Able to successfully teach courses at the undergraduate level in their home department. The college is especially interested in candidates that can collaborate strategically with the current expertise within the college and state.

Federal Vaccine Mandate
