Previous work experience in an Education Abroad or international office setting.
Experience living, studying, or traveling abroad.
Proficiency in English and at least one other language.
Experience with higher education administration, budgets, financial procedures, policy development, and strategic planning.
Familiarity with university admissions procedures, international admissions, financial aid, academic advising, risk mitigation, student duty of care, and international travel risk management.
Familiarity with visa and immigration issues for domestic and international students.
Familiarity with US and international educational systems.
Understanding of the field of global education (curriculum integration, crisis management, risk mitigation, experiential learning, student recruitment, etc.)
Ability to understand and apply assessment in program evaluation.
