Job Summary:

This position provides daily leadership for two Convenience Store concepts. Must maintain sanitation, employee appearance, employee performance and service standards in each unit. This area of responsibility is vital for the efficiency and management of these units. Supervise the ordering/receiving of all products as well as assisting with physical inventory of these units. Responsible for financial readiness of each shift. Responsible for the sanitation of the facilities. Must follow university cash handling procedures. All other duties as assigned. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Qualifications:

Required:

High School/GED and two years of progressively responsible retail experience in retail operations, c-store experience preferred. Two years of experience supervising staff in the food service industry.

ServSafe Certification acquire after hire.

Recognition of quality product and ability to problem solve. Good customer communication skills, good human relations skills, training skills.

This position has supervision of area where cuts, back strains, and falls may happen. Works with all types of small service equipment.
