Job Summary:
Supervise and assist to unit set up:daily prepre-stockingwork assignments/staffing adequatecash fund pickupguidance to staffOrder direct through purveyor in accordance with franchise guidelinesProvide list of items needed for non-directs to the Asst Manager of the Food CourtMonitor quality and speed of service Perform spot checks in compliance with franchise and UDS SUProvide feedback Ensure proper storage & labeling of food itemsEnsure proper cleaning methods usedEnsure organization of supplies facilitate next day openingEnsure prep for next day doneAble to lift 50lb.All other duties as assigned.
Position presents exposure to a noisy environment, including hot & cold extremes.
If procedures are followed, no physical danger or environmental hazards exist.
Position requires flexible with work hours, the ability to stand and work on feet for long periods of time, and proper ergonomics.
This position is heavy in manual labor and requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and in excess of 50 pounds occasionally.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED and two years of related food experience, including two years of experience supervising staff in food service industry.
