Job Summary:

Supervise and assist to unit set up:
daily prep
re-stocking
work assignments/staffing adequate
cash fund pickup
guidance to staff
Order direct through purveyor in accordance with franchise guidelines
Provide list of items needed for non-directs to the Asst Manager of the Food Court
Monitor quality and speed of service 
Perform spot checks in compliance with franchise and UDS SU
Provide feedback 
Ensure proper storage & labeling of food items
Ensure proper cleaning methods used
Ensure organization of supplies facilitate next day opening
Ensure prep for next day done
Able to lift 50lb.
All other duties as assigned.

Position presents exposure to a noisy environment, including hot & cold extremes.

If procedures are followed, no physical danger or environmental hazards exist. 

Position requires flexible with work hours, the ability to stand and work on feet for long periods of time, and proper ergonomics. 

This position is heavy in manual labor and requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and in excess of 50 pounds occasionally.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School/GED and two years of related food experience, including two years of experience supervising staff in food service industry.

Chick-Fil-A franchise training-after hire
Serve Safe Certification-after hire

Ability to effectively apply principles and methods consistent with accepted food preparation, purchasing, & personnel management practices
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Comfortable in public/social settings 
Professional representation of self & department
Ability to work with diverse and sophisticated clientele
Supervise staff with varying degrees of expertise

Federal Vaccine Mandate
