Job Summary:

Coordinate and direct the procurement and customer assistance in computer hardware and software with sales in excess of $2 million annually as well as assist with procurement of office supplies, lab kits and academic regalia in excess of $1 million annually.   Responsible for the daily operation of the Orange Tech and office supplies sales area including employee hiring, scheduling and daily supervision. Consult and advise individuals and university departments on computer purchases including demonstrations, product knowledge, warranties and service options. Manage and direct promotional activities. All other duties as assigned.

Requires proper ergonomics and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School/GED and five years of related retail experience with electronics, computer hardware/software sales.

OR

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and one year related retail experience with electronics, computer hardware/software sales.

Apple Retail Certification and Apple Service Certification required after hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.

Two years of related retail experience with electronics, computer hardware/software sales.
