Job Summary:

Assist the Manager, Course Content Delivery with the effective management of all aspects of the course content delivery operation with $8.5 million sales annually to include textbook procurement (publisher and wholesalers) and returns, athletic textbook distribution and returns, periodic inventories, course cancellation returns, receiving discrepancies, guide shipments and daily and semester-end buybacks. Insure that all course content materials are processed into Ratex through Verba Collect accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with management oversight of the Inclusive Access program.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School/GED

Four years experience in a college bookstore or large retail store and one year of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 

Working knowledge of the course content delivery industry/actual experience with Ratex Inventory system

Federal Vaccine Mandate
