Job Summary:

Coordinate and direct the overall merchandising and daily operation of the University Store's five retail outlets in Boone Pickens Stadium during football season and all other athletic events (men and women's basketball, wrestling, soccer, softball and baseball) to include personnel selection, hiring, pricing, displays, merchandise section and stock rotation.

Assist in procurement process as assigned.

Coordinate sales promotions as directed.

Act as part of the University Store apparel management team to determine store retail strategy and maximize effectiveness. 

This position is heavy in manual labor and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. All other duties assigned.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School/GED

Six years experience in a college bookstore or large retail store.

CRT, Xerox, Ratex, POS terminal

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HRAD

Six years in a large retail environment, two of those years in supervisory/management capacity.
