Job Summary: Provides support for Undergraduate and Graduate Advisors. Provides support for the School scholarship award process. Coordinate and assist with the equipment surplus procedures.  Process student travel in continental US. Provide back up in purchasing for Administrative Assistant. Maintain general office operations policies. Serves as the initial point of contact for all guests, visitors, faculty and staff in the School of Geology.  Provide assistance in departmental events as required. All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

High School/GED

Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications:

2-4 years of customer service experience

Completion of the Ambassador Program within 1yr of hire
