Job Summary:

The Assistant Professor position is a tenure track, full-time faculty position at OSU Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  The position offers an exciting opportunity to join an integrated and innovative learner-centered academic program. The duties of the Assistant Professor include research, teaching medical and graduate courses, and service/outreach. Start-up funding is available.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
- Ph.D. in pharmacology or related discipline
- Postdoctoral experience in the relevant discipline

Preferred:
- History of extramural funding or evidence of potential to obtain extramural funding
- Teaching experience
- Proficient in instructional technology
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate interactions with faculty, students, and administration
