Catering is looking for staff to work flexible hours based upon the catered events, approximately 20-25 hrs. per week. Does require nights and weekends. Must be able to stand on feet for long
periods of time and be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds. Will assist with all aspects of the hot rep station: BBQ, plating and prep. Assist with all aspects of the cold prep station: Prep (cutting
fruit, cheese), plating salads, fruit & cheese trays. Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, ensure that the sanitation and equipment are clean to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
