Responsible for cleaning and maintaining an orderly and clean Student Service Center.
-Cleans assigned areas to include offices, meeting rooms, public areas, hallways, stairs, escalators, retail shops
-Cleaning is defined to include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, hard floor maintenance, dusting, waxing, polishing office, brass, and office furniture, woodwork and empty trash
-Utilizes assigned equipment and fills out work order forms detailing equipment and any other problems and conditions requiring maintenance.
This position is an overnight shift 9:00pm-5:30am. May be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. This position is heavy in manual labor and requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and in excess of 50 pounds occasionally. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge in general housekeeping, floor cleaning, tile/carpet upkeep (to include spot removal) and wood surface cleaning.
